Trigger Point Release
Encourage recirculation of blood and oxygen
Trigger point release is an applied focused pressure to a single point in the muscle or connective tissue. The focused pressure releases the affected area encouraging the recirculation of blood and oxygen.
This technique can cause residual muscle tenderness that dissipates within a day or two of the treatment. Drinking lots of water the day of your massage will also help to relieve the discomfort as it helps to flush toxins from the treated area.
